My real estate mantra is credited to Douglas Adams “To give real service, you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money, and that is sincerity and integrity”. Always anxious to increase my knowledge, I have earned several certifications and designations that involves hundreds of hours of additional learning and training. GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), SRS (Sellers Resource Specialist), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), RSPS (Resort and Second- Home Property Specialist), MNE (Master Negotiating Expert), BPOR (Broker Price Opinion Resource), CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert), SFR (Short sale, Foreclosure Resource) and in 2016, I earned my broker’s license. In 2020, I also became a Notary Signing Agent. Plus additional courses such as Bitcoin and Real Estate, 1031 Exchanges, Staging, Ethics, Going Green and the list goes on. A little more about me, Sheri Larson was born in Wisconsin, my parents moved myself and my two brothers to California, then Ohio, Minnesota and Georgia. My dad was a salesman for Shenago China. We moved to Florida in 1978 to open up soft frozen yogurt/health food stores. I graduated from Dunedin High School and then put myself through the University of South Florida (USF) by waitressing, bartending and student loans. I was married for 19 years and am a mother of two daughters. I was a Girl Scout Troop leader for 7 years of 22 girls (from Daisy’s to Juniors) so I had to be extremely diligent and organized to follow the endless rules and regulations of the Girl Scouts Troops of America. I am an avid animal lover. We have 2 horses, 3 dogs and a cat – they don’t all live with me. When I am not working, I
enjoy riding my bike, working out, pickleball, reading, walking, yoga, yard work, refinishing furniture – making the old new again and volunteering for Habitat for Humanity building houses.
